Skip Shift Eliminator for 2009?

Anyone aware of a skip shift eminator for 2009 model aside from doing the Mopar ECU? Jon @ Partsrack said his wouldn't work.

I bought one for my '08 from Snake Oyl Products. I'm not sure it should be any different for the '09.

This feature should never even engage unless you are shifting from 1st to 2nd below 1700 rpm at which point you are at idle in the next gear or worse below idle into 4th gear! A little more aggression and or rpm before the shift will negate any need for a skip shift eliminator.
