Last winter I had Chuck Tator put in the following

New head gaskets
New Plugs
New MSD wires
3.55 Mopar gears
Edlebrock headers
Roe Oval Cat's
Roe Side exhaust
Roe Smooth tubes
S&B filters
180 thermostat

In September I have an appointment for him to install

VEC 2
Jesel J2K rockers
and yes don't make fun Cruise control and power mirrors

Is there anything else I should have Chuck do while he is in the motor short of a Roe blower and **** injection?

Thanks and Long live the Viper

The Jesel's are a good choice, considered the best by many. Get some good pushrods with it as well if they don't come with them.

The Vec 2 will by far give you the biggest increase, get it dyno tuned once all your new mods are in place.

Since you have a lower degree thermostat I would consider cooling upgrades to make use of it:

Fluidyne 3-Row Aluminum Radiator w/Upgraded Fan
Fan Timer Module
Roe Silicon Radiator Hoses w/Bleeder Valve

Other upgrades:

Underdrive Pulley's
Roe Racing Power Steering Vent (for safety)
Lightened Flywheel
Short Throw Shifter (should already have one by now)
Skip Shift Eliminator (same as above)
Power Steering Cooler (if you track)
Vented Cowl
Upgrade brakes, calipers, etc
Upgrade suspension/adjustable shocks

Very minimal performance gains from most things above but any more power and you're looking into bigger bucks:

Methanol Injection (since you're getting VEC 2)
Nitrous
Heads & Cam
Increase Engine Stroke
Port & Polish Heads/Intake/Etc
Blower or Twin Turbo

Might want to get him to check on a few things:

Brake/Transmission/Differential Fluid
Battery Operation (might be old, get an optima!)
Maybe a Coolant Flush (add some water wetter)
Compression & Leakdown Test (just for peace of mind)

Thanks Stugots and Kaiser

I'm probably not going heads and cam yet either but there will be a blower in the not to distant future.

Where can I get underdrive pulleys and skip shift eliminator? Do the underdrive pulley's affect the electronics or A/c like they do on some cars?

Underdrive pulleys will underdrive anything the belt is turning (ac, alternator, water pump, etc), but it's rarely a problem. It's not a big gain in performance at all (5-10hp) but most aftermarket pulleys look really nice and are lighter than the stock pulleys.

In order to run the Roe Supercharger wouldn't you need the stock pulleys?

I would suggest Alum. Radiator to help with the cooling.

And if you really want to use all your new Power mods. Get some Kumhos! :2tu:
