Black wheels seem to be quite popular option for our yellow cars. I have a set of chrome wheels set to be shipped for mine in next few days. Will get pictures up as soon as they get here.

no offense to anyone. But Im not huge on the black wheels. MAYBE, if mine were a bumble bee, it would be different. Was hoping to find something with satin, or polished..

You could still go black with a solid yellow and maybe get a black gas cap from MGW with a yellow viper logo to tie them into the car.

I have 19/20 polished CCW 505As on my solid yellow GTS, stock ride height. There are some other pics in my gallery. The 20's looked too big to me at first, but I have gotten used to it. Now, I would probably go with 19/19 since the selection of rear tires in the 19" size have improved with the new 345 PS2.

I'm not in the bumbee fanclub myself. Kinda biased being I have a solid yellow GTS. I say go polished or chrome. My wheels should be in next week, believe as soon as I can get them on I will. There is another picture of Kens car in this thread, cars on a rollback but still looks great!!!

Yeah, it looks like a low rider there because they had it strapped down pretty tight. I was planning on dropping it some after I put on the wheels, but after barely getting it on the flatbed after my breakdown, I have reconsidered, though I might still go with some spring caps to drop it a littel.

If you go with polished, I highly recommend PoorBoys wheel sealant. It goes on like a wax and really seems to keep brake dust and stuff from sticking. I have run them a year and haven't had to polish them yet.

BTW, JonB arranged getting the tires and shipping them to CCW where they were mounted and balanced as a set at a pretty darn good price (you owe me Jon;) ), so all I had to do was bolt them on. Nice not having to worry about a local shop screwing up my new rims trying to get the tires on.

Consider your tire options first. Make sure you can get the tires you want on the wheels you get. Also, pay attention to the tire recommendation for wheel width.

After that, get Forgeline SO3Ps! Black center, chrome lip. Awesome.
