Some vids from NARRA at Road Atlanta

I finally got around to posting some videos from the NARRA weekend at Road Atlanta.
We ran 4 sessions each day, but due to battery life (and some operator error), I only got 2 runs from each day on video.
This was my first time on the track and using the camera, so there's room for improvement in both areas.
I was happy to get qualified for solo and crack the 1:50 lap barrier, so I met my original goals.
After watching the last run (in car cam) I can really see where I was leaving a LOT of time on the track. I guess it's a good thing I'm headed back next month!
Overall, it was a great weekend with some great guys, who I think all had as much fun as I did.

If anyone is interested in upcoming dates at Road Atlanta, Chin is there on 6/4 (Monday), and NASA is there on 6/15-17 (Fri-Sun).
I don't think I'll make it to the Chin event, but I am going to the NASA weekend.
If you were there for NARRA, let's do it again.
If you haven't been on the track yet and you're within a few hours of Road Atlanta, get your ass out there. You will LOVE IT!
But be forewarned, it's extremely addictive!

Tom, nice video's. I traded notes with Joel and he said he had a great time too. I've watched races there years ago but never have driven there, looks like a great, fast viper track. Have fun, be safe and start looking for new income sources, once your hooked it gets costly! Mike

Nice to meet you and some of the other folks from the area, Beth and I had a fabulous time. Great track once you get over the amount of elevation change an the blind corners.

Good to meet you guys too! I did get tired of being passed by Venom Red Vipers though!

The blind corners and elevation changes were nerve racking at the beginning, but pretty fun after you "trusted" yourself that the track would be there when you came over the hill.

CMP is little far for me for a weekend track outing right now. I'm going to keep an eye on Road Atlanta and Birmingham for events though.

We can't make it. Lisa's got 2 outdoor concerts that Sat. Yeah , I know, but somebody's got to do sound and manage the "circus clowns"!

TGP is a fun/safe track. Getting kinda pricey down there too. (compared to some of these other track days i keep seeing)
