I believe most like to go with the Champion plug (#412). I saw a platinum Champion plug (#4412 truck plug) and am wondering if anybody has tried it. It is supposed to last longer and delivers a better spark.

Answer: NO

You will be sorry w/ the Bosch plug...just helped yet ANOTHER owner outta that parts-counter recommendation fiasco. Fouled in 500 miles. If you want to waste $$ just send half to me for the advice!

There, I STILL saved you the other half !!!

I agree with Jon 100%, unless of course you are considering nitrous, high compression or forced induction, whereas, a colder, less projected nose and thicker ground strap plug would be rq'd.
