I know this is probably a stupid question, but are speakers covered by warranty?

I only have 6000 miles on my car and I already have a blown tweeter on the driver side.

Let's see, I only use the radio about 1/2 the time. So that's 3,000 miles of radio usage.

However, I only crank the stock Alpine stereo maybe 1/4 of the time, so that's 750 miles of loud usage. Even then, I typically only go up to 22 on the volume meter at the most. and only with CDs and not the radio (Which doesn't have a clean signal)

I planned on changing the stock stereo setup eventually, but just not SO SOON! **** it!

let me know if DC covers this under warranty.

Speakers are covered by 3-36 bumper-bumper.

Everything but wear items: clutch, brakes, tires, fluids.

I've "got milk" on my 2002 as well! I guess I'll just have to do some chocolate covered donuts to go along with it.
