For those of you with some miles on your SRT-10, how do you like the seats? Better or worse than the Gen II? I've heard that the side bolsters get in the way of shifting. I picked up a set of the SRT-10 seats and am contemplating putting them in my GTS. Thanks. :usa:

MUCH better for grip. Others will not fit due to the shoulder supports, but I do (6' 160lbs). I have no problem with the lower bolsters either. I think they make a good arm rests. The suede is awesome! The only problem is under the seats. I don't know what ******* designed the mounts, but ANY change that falls out of you pocket will end up UNDER the rear mounts. These U-shaped pockets collect coins until they are full and are almost impossible to reach into to remove the coins! I've tried everything, even heavy braking. ****** me off at a car wash when I need quarters.

I have over 10,000 miles on my SRT10 and the seats overall are better than the seats in my old 1996 RT1/10. The seat bottom is a little long for me I am 5'-7". So the knee falls in a akward place. But you get use to it. The sides don't effect my shifting. The pump to inflate the lower back is missing and would be nice to have.

Ah! That is where all my hard earned money is going.

I miss the pump up as well.

I'm still getting used to the seats, but they do grip better. The right side bolster bothered me at first, but I am so used to older Gen seats that I was sitting wrong. I guess...maybe I'm just molding my back to hosed-up seats!
