street drag radials

I think I am going to go with CCW 505As, 18" front/19" back. Now I need to figure out what tires to get with them. A friend recommended I get street drag radials since I am not going to be driving the car in the rain/snow. I've always loved cars, but this is my first car that I am actively researching parts for rather than just doing what a dealership recommends.

I want to hear what others thought would give me the most traction? And the pros/cons of it.

Will a 355/25/19 fit my rears? Is a 355 the widest i can fit?
