It's been a long project, and here is a quick update. For those unaware, I purchased a wrecked SRT back in February as I thought it would be a fun project to do with my son. The body panels are made by Jeff Lemke and it is a kit that replaces all body panels on the SRT except the doors and hood (although the hood is optional and is inspired by the '08 hood.) The kit is approximately 2" wider and requires 3/4" spacers on the wheels and lowering shocks. As you can tell the stance is much more aggressive than a stock SRT which for me was a good thing as I was not in love with the stock SRT look. I did not purchase the optional hardtop, and am torn as if I want to add it, I should do it now so the paint matches. Here is the link to Jeff's page:

These things always seem to take longer than expected and it's looking like it's going to be at least 1 more month before my Street Serpent hits the street. The quality of the panels is very good according to my body guy. Final color still to be determined and it's looking like a Dark House of Kolors Kandy Red although my son keeps hinting that he really likes the new Snakeskin Green.

Thanks for the info! I gather from Jeff's website that the front fascia could not be used alone given the added width of the fascia compared to the OEM body panels.

why would the wheels require 3/4" spacers? Do you have to put longer studs on the hub to make that happen?

Looks awesome! Bet you can't wait to get it on the road.

I've been watching your project with anticipation. I like the styling of Jeff's SRT Viper body package, and it will be great to see how your car comes out.
It's going to look great regardless of what color you choose, although I personally favor the HOK Kandy red over the Snakeskin green. :D
