Supercharged Gen 3 spark plug recommendation

I have a supercharged Gen 3 at my house that belongs to a friend that needs help changing the plugs. I see that the car has the stock heat range champions in it. I had heard that you are supposed to be 1 heat range colder in this type of application. Is the correct or should I just throw another set of stockers in?

how much boost and mods ?

my mods are listed below and im over 800rwhp with ~ 14lbs of boost. i just changed my plugs 2 days ago. i was told by doug levin to use [FONT=&quot]NGK, BKR 7E-11. Gap them at .032" or a bit less[/FONT]

no other mods but the supercharger kit. The car was originally modded at WoodHouse

I'll second that for mild forced induction; ZFR6F-11 stock #4291
