T & D Roller Rockers i purchased a set and would like to hear from those that had them installed. One do they just bolt on, do you need new pushrods. Does the heads have to come off as the instructions says, i find that hard to believe since it's hydraulic lifters. Any downsides to this plus any upside to T&D's i am trying to follow the Chrysler package for 50rwhp. I have the headers and exhaust, the performance computer, K & N's. Any e-mails will help thanks.

I personally don't have T&D rockers, but the same questions you've asked have been asked many times before. Try doing a search, you should find plenty of info.

I put them on with heads on. Use the fixture provided, as I remember you need to snip the tang off so it works with the heads on. Yes you need different pushrods. Get them thru TNT(they know the right ones to send) It critical that the rocker roller contacts the valve stem directly. Stock pushrods let the rockers contact the retainer. This could release the keepers, that's BAD. It's a job for a trained tech to be sure all the geometry is right. T&Ds are a quality product.

Ron- How did this work out for you? Did the tech remove the heads. I am interested in the roller rockers, but I have the updated head gaskets and do not want to remove the heads. What did the job cost (ball park). I was told that adding the roller rockers to a Gen 1 engine gets things very close to a Gen 2. Do you think this is a worth while upgrade?

Sorry Jeff Torrey my car is running so strong i am afraid to mess with it so i have not put the T&D's on yet. I keep looking at them wondering if i should bite the bullet and have them installed.
