I showed up practically unannounced at Tators Dodge today. No appointment. I had an issue w/ my exhaust and one of my speakers. Chuck stopped what he was doing and addressed and fixed all my issues. He gave me what I needed to fix my problem, and refused to take any money.

I happen to know Chuck is tens of thousands of dollars in the hole for his legal fees to keep his business alive. But he still continues to hold on to his die hard business values and rarely charges for minor things and undercharges for major things. That is why Dodge tried to shut him down. And that is also why we need to keep Chuck strong. I even tried to buy some T shirts from him, but he gave me a set for me and my wife and refused to take money. Chuck Tator will only take money for what he considers real work.

In light of that...I ask that you support Tators Dodge. Chuck has a killer n/a program for GEn 3 Vipers capable of making close to 590 rwhp. Many of you Gen 3 guys should consider this. You dont need a Gen 4, you can have a n/a car that will kick a Gen 4's ass and dominate the track. No heat soak. No extra 100 lbs in your nose. Just a killer fast ass n/a Viper capable of running 10's..

IF you are going s/c, Chuck can build up your lower end to handle 900 rwhp. Nothing but a Bugatti (and ViperX and Joseph Dell :D) will challenge you at that level.

We (and Chucks lawyers) saved Tators Dodge, but the battle is not over. Now we need to support Tators Dodge by bringing our Vipers, and all our Dodges and Chrysler products to Tators Dodge for service. After all, Chuck is the best and you will get no better service anywhere!:2tu:

Chuck need Car and Truck order to keep the big boys off his a**. I ordered a RT Charger from him. He can arange a drop ship to any Dodge dealer nationwide. The 08 order Banks are closing down now for many of the vehicle lines. Check with Chuck if you are looking to order. There are rebate for some of the models available. The 09 order banks will start up soon, but the pricing and rebates will not be available. Send Chuck an Email or give him a call. He NEEDS your vehicle orders. Kids Car, Wifes car, Girl friend car, Pickup truck for business. Mistress car, or Boy friend (can't forget our female. VCA friends.). I sell cars evry day and I made sure Chuck got my order. Every Order he put in and RDR helps him

I see the Dodge Chargers daily and I really like them more and more. And Viper trucks are soon to be collector items I believe. Chuck has a few on his lot. But more importantly he takes care of the Vipers like a doctor takes care of a patient, and he will know your car very intimately, and all its quirks. Vipers are hand made and each one is a little different and has slightly different issues.

For the Gen 1 and Gen 2 guys, there is no better Roe Supercharger installer and tech guy...and I hear the Roe is soon to be available for the GEn 3. But many guys like the n/a high hp set up..Tator is the way to go for that too. Getting a high hp n/a set up that is reliable is tricky..but my car runs like a dream...and I am undefeated in CT in every roll on and race from the dig so far....knock on wood!

Chuck just installed a Roe on my buddies Gen 1...and my buddy thinks he will dethrone me in CT....we will see.:D

I only wish I were closer. :(

After all of the horrible dealership experiences I have had over the years, I'm sure I would be beyond spoiled with this level of professionalism and dedication.

Its just a friendly reminder to all that yes, Dodge is leaving Chuck alone, but Chuck was bloodied by the fight.

We just need to help get him back strong and in full health! We can do that by ordering parts and supplies from him, ordering cars from Tators Dodge, and having all those w/in range have Tators Dodge service their Chrysler vehicles and of course there is no one that can touch Chuck when it comes to servicing Vipers!:2tu:

Im about 100 miles each way from Tator. I have a local dealer 5 miles away, But after reading about dealer nightmares. I will bring my car only to him. And I did. He will be changing out my tranny on my 04. Real nice guy just a pleasure to talk too. So Chuck if your reading this I have the same issue, as you thought with reverse and 6th. But I broke my wrist so I will have to wait a bit before I can bring her back up.

There is NOONE who can toch Chuck when it comes to service!! You are sooooo right! :2tu: That is why, since day one, TATORS DODGE is the only dealer I let touch my Viper! :headbang: As a matter of fact, it will be there this week getting some TLC from The Wizard. He is about 1 1/2 hrs. away from me, but it is worth it. I get some great seat time in the Viper. :usa::drive:

It is a really nice drive out to Tators Dodge. The shop is located in what I call gods country...beautiful country homes, mountains, lakes, and really cool windy roads begging for an SRT to "show what she can do!"
Since Tator services many of the police cars out there..they seem to not bother us Viper guys if we get a little (I said "little!) carried away driving those seductive windy roads! You often encounter other cool sports car guys at his shop and its more of an "experience" than a shop visit and a place to meet other really cool sports car buddies!:2tu:

Everyone knows a mom and pop corner store, or mom and pop grocer, or diner, and mom and pop car dealer/mechanic. You know the owners, bowl with them, drink with them, your kids play together. We should never let the Walmarts, or the Ruths Chris Steakhouse, or the "Dodge of New York" eliminate our local mom and pop businesses. I know people say "thats economics, or thats business".

I say screw that. One great thing about our country is our ability to hold on to our heritage and things we value. We can still hunt, fish, race, drink, carry guns, smoke a stogie and chase women (except me:nono:I'm happily married!)...and be good ole Americans if we want. And keeping our buddies going is part of being good ole Americans....that is who we are!
