I am in Rock Hill at the moment (2000 miles from home)and my wife rings and tells me a mouse has eaten a hole in my heater hose. That really pi$$ed me off.
Being away I don't even know what that hose is called.
So I get her to send me a picture, which I forward to Jon.
As you can imagine I was feeling pretty low.

Well Jon writes back, he has identified the part, and is shipping it to me FREE.
He certainly made my day, and proved to me once again, why I will not buy anywhere else.
