THANKS Skip and Courtney - Viper Days!

I had a great time at Viper Days at Thunderhill Park. What a great track and great group of people. I look forward to more Viper Days in the future.

Skip,Courtney and crew put on a 1st class event. Those that do not attend are really missing a great time.

I second that. What an event. We had so much fun meeting all the participants and Skip and Courtney. What a great time. This is the first of many more events. I never new a car could run like that. If you have a garage queen--give it up and go to Viper Days. You will never have so much Funnnn. Special thanks to Ron, John, Mark for helping, supplying, giving great encouragement and just plain having fun. It was great to talk to all the members, sponsors, Teachers and everyone involved. Already looking forward to next event. Neil Young--What a great teacher.
Joe and Joey say thank you all. See you all at the next event.

Really a great weekend. Met some new Viper faces and another great event Skip! Well, I found out the Viper doesn't do too well off-road.

Well, I think I at least got my competitors to drop their lap times to very respectable levels. Way to go Tom Glenn and Jon Deering! I was catching you Tom, would have had a low 1:59 or high 1:58 I think. Oh well, its like the fisherman talking about the one that got away... Coulda,Woulda, Shoulda...

Ron, to get in the white group you have to talk a lot more smack, especailly outside the drivers meetings. Glad you liked the track, its one of my favorites too.

I second that!!! What a great event. How did everyone do on Sunday??? Ron and myself drove back to LA Sunday morning thinking it was going to rain all day Sunday. Did it??

Anyway Ken...your a hellava driver. You had me really pushing myself for a better times!! I liked chasing you as much as you were chasing me. I don't think I could have got my times down to a 2.05.9??

if we were not playing cat and mouse!! I look forward to doing that again.

Slicks are starting to sound to good to pass up anymore. On Stock tires I am just eating them up to fast and its getting to expensive. Its hard to watch all the guys in the unlimited class pass me and not be able to keep up!!!

How is your car any damage from the turn 9 excursion??

Turned out to be a beautiful day on Sunday, actually warmer than Saturday. Once the track was dried at arount 8:45 there was no problems. The wheel to wheel races were great! I actually dropped my time 4 seconds from Saturday.

I was planning the same thing, the car went on the trailer after Saturday's session. I got up late on Sun, had a leisurely breakfast, packed, checked-out, then decided to check the radar. Good thing, Sunday was beautiful. The track was completely dry by the end of the first session. Awesome day. As I headed out Sunday, a rain storm hit me about a mile from the track. It's nice to live right.

Brad - Good hooking up with you, I look forward to some more sparring, maybe at Buttonwillow in Sept.

Skip and Courtney - awesome show, I look forward to the next one!
