This Car Keeps Getting Better!!

Day 4 in my new '09 coupe and after some more break-in started to let loose...just a bit. Car is simply amazing. Haven't gone over 4,00rpm yet and it just seems she wants to pull harder the more I climb. Still can't get over the tranny. Any gen I,II,or III owner that hasn't driven one yet I urge you...go do it. If anyone in the NY/NJ wants to check it out let me know. Will get together for a cruise.

Sorry for all the "Car is awesome posts", still caught up in the new car hype. Still can't believe there are unsold '08 and'09's on dealer lots...especially considering the unknown future.

Congrats on your new ride! SRT really did a great job on the Gen 4 Viper. Faster, much cooler cabin, much better shifter and tranny, etc. Be interesting to see how much you drive the 05 vert, and how long you hang on to it. Have fun!

Already had a neighbor and two other locals give me offers. They know me and know how I keep my cars....not selling yet.

Congrats on your Viper! I certainly wouldn't be able to stick with the break in procedure...too much temptation with a beast like that. Enjoy and looking forward to seeing it during one our upcoming cruises.

Absolutely, I am also thinking of the track day event, I believe Aug 13th at NJ motorsports
