Tire choices are limited for the Gen V without mixing brands, what do you use?

I remember a day when there seemed to be more choices. I've got stock wheels on my Gen V and want a tire thats good for 85% street and 15% track. I see the Pirelli options but I dont see any others that are matching brands and types. What happened to all the Michellin choices?
