Torque pounds for exhaust to manifold - really 250 in. lbs?

The service manual says 250 in. lbs. which is about 21 ft. lbs. for the two bolts and nuts that connect the exhaust to the manifold. These are the ones with the springs and hold the oval bracket and donut gaskets.

Really only 21 ft. lbs?? Doesn't this seem low?

yeah, same as the header bolts as well......

hit em to 250 and then go again after a few hundred miles they back off some!
