Neon,

Yeah I felt that one too, being in my basement!
It was a mild 5.2, 3mi SW of Gilroy at 11:50PM.

I am so glad to see that the big stuff is finally there and getting put into / onto your car. You'll be back in no time. Hang in there and let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Nadine,

Maybe I missed it, but what happened that required a new front frame? Accident? Is the frame some kind of upgrade? Looking at your engine removal it doesn't look like the frame on your orginal is bad.

Thanks Hemi, I didn't search back far enough thinking this was recent event.

Nadie, please keep us posted. I for one love to hear about any issues that come up seeing how I would like to rebuild one myself soon.

It's not easy being overseas, and the rebuild is not happening as fast as I would like, or had planned.

Theoretically, I could have been driving a Viper for the last few months, if I'd gone and bought another (once I had the insurance money)...but I could not give up on my first love.

Bonkers, that frame is bent! Even the toe-box is creased out of shape, both sides; and the left suspension frame bracket is torn off. I would rather post pics of the positive though, ie repairs / progress! Bad Asp, mods are on the agenda! The coolest one is the Fluidyne radiator, and center hood 'GTSR' style louver.

JP the "eagle-eye" yes, you did see race cars parts (from the British GT series) I bought them though, they needed a good home!

Cody, I will keep taking the pics.
