i just got my snakeoyl trunkstrut delivered today, went out to the garage to get busy and hit a bit of a problem; ive got an autoform reardeck spoiler, ouch, the template for the trunk strut is right over the reardeck spoiler mounts. my question is, can i alter the actual position of the strut; in other words move the bottom an inch forward and the top and inch back? will this still alow the strut to work properly? i dont wanna start drilling holes until i know i can install the strut with the spoiler already on.
