Many, many Viper owners swear by a rear gear change as one of their first and best mods. The stock 3.07 gearing is pretty long and takes a while to wind up compared to shorter gears like 3.33, 3.55, 3.73, and 4.11. The 2013 SRT Viper saw its first-ever change in the factory rear end ratio - changed to the very popular 3.55 gear. Well, it turns out that you can get those same exact 2013 gears for your 2001 - 2010 Vipers! It is now available as a kit that includes the pinion spacer, nut, and washer as well as new 7/16 ring bolts:

With the Mopar Performance 3.55 Gear Set now discontinued and out of stock, this is a great alternative to feel some real "seat of the pants" acceleration differences. Even better, SRT engineers made these gears lighter with a new cut that results in quieter operation. Great stuff!
Check with your local Viper dealers like Woodhouse, Tomball, and Rockland, or check 'em out on our website. Great way to upgrade your Viper for the 2013 summer driving season!
