I ordered a set of windows almost 3 weeks ago. I was told they had shipped on Friday the 12th (wasn't given a tracking number). Since then I have neither received the windows or received a return phone call. I have tried 4 times and left my number each time. Nothing!!!
Am I really asking too much here? I waited patiently for the deilvery date to approach and pass. After that I figure its time to call and find out what's going on. Unforutnately they don't respond.
Has anyone else had trouble contacting them once they have your money?
I was considering a top as well but with customer service (which means a lot) like this I don't know.
Seems like a poor way to do business.
