VCA Ind/Ky Region, Inc. FREE Dyno Day 5/15/04...

Reminder: The scheduled Dyno Day in Lexington, KY will take place this coming Saturday, May 15, 2004. Though we have the dyno at Horsepower House all day, and, in spite of the recent news letter noting that this event would be FREE to 2004 paid Ind/Ky VCA members dynoing their Viper, there has been VERY LITTLE response. At this point, only 2 members have indicated enough interest in this activity this to commit to event Chairperson Glenn Wooldridge.

Hopefully, more will call Glenn (502-320-2242)...ASAP...to take advantage of this opportunity.

Please note that Indiana members are INCLUDED in this event...and, in fact, May 15 offers an alternative date to the scheduled Dyno Day set in Noblesville, IN on June 5, 2004... where we will have a numerical limit.

As a few Ind/Ky VCA members HAVE NOT renewed as yet for 2004, this is an opportunity to do so now, and still be included (yes, Glenn has a current list of paid 2004 members...just to avoid misunderstandings).

Glenn has put in a TON of time calling everyone on the 2004 Kentucky list and Southern Inaiana list. He has gathered several more who plan to attend...but, curiously, tuner Vipers seem to be lying low.

MANY THANKS to the good folks at Horsepower House in Lexington, KY for their gracious hospitality !!! The generalized rain that covered much of Kentucky and Southern Indiana on Saturday prevented most members from participating in our scheduled dyno day. In spite of the all day commitment by our Club, Horsepower House only charged the Club a fraction of the fee...AND, the staff stayed til 6:00 PM in order to dyno any late arrivals!!!

SUPER NICE GUYS...and, we OWE them !!!

Hopefully, future events will see a better turnout..and more help from the weatherman.
