Archer Racing Visit
Our first driving event of the year takes us back to Archer Racing in Duluth to see what's new for ’08. Archer Racing provides all trackside services for the Viper Day events and always has several Competition Coupes on hand. If you have not yet seen a '08 600 HP Viper there is a good chance you will have that opportunity during our visit as well. Following our visit we will have dinner in Carlton, MN at the Black Bear Casino, which will be on the club. Overnight stay at Black Bear is an option if you wish, or you can plan on returning to the twin cities after dinner.
To join in on the fun meet fellow enthusiasts between 11:00 & 11:15 a.m. at the Perkin's in Maple Grove [11801 73rd Ave. N, (SE corner of I-694 & Hemlock Lane) 763-424-2020]. We will have a second meeting location in Forest Lake at the Holiday Gas Station between 12:00 & 12:20 p.m. [the station is located on the WEST side of I-35 next to Famous Dave’s]. After a brief stop at the Black Bear Casino in Carlton for check-in we will finish the cruise to Duluth. Plan on being at Archer's for about 2 hours, from 2:30- 4:30. May Social
Join us for our May social at Famous Dave’s in Minnetonka (14601 Highway 7).
Good food, great social scene, and lots of parking for our Vipers. Famous Dave's is located at the SE corner of Hwy 7 and Williston Road just west of I-494. Fun begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until the last Snake leaves. See you there for some good BBQ!

Spam Museum Tour
We are planning a Saturday cruise to Austin, MN for a tour of the Hormel plant to see where Spam is made. We will meet at the Perkin's Restaurant in Lakeville, which is located in the SW corner of I-35W and Hwy 50. Meet time will be between 8:00 & 8:30 a.m. for an arrival at Hormel around 10:30. After our Spam tour we will enjoy a lunch in the area and then depart for a great cruise along back roads as we head towards home. An excellent tour and a fine lunch should make for a fun day!
