seems to me with all that you should see alot more then 550 but oh well.
I was at our clubs annual dyno day event in Schaumburg, Ill. yesterday and one of our members had his venom650 dyno'd and it wasn't tuned right and he pulled I believe 459hp 521tq.
That *****, I just dynoed 455rwhp and 490rwtq with just smooth tubes, headers, hi-flows and exhaust. That Venom 650 probably paid $30k for that package.
Be very careful if you get a Hennnnessey car, has has sold many packages to people that never had near the modifications he charged them for. He's a known crook.
I freaked when I saw the numbers yesterday. For the amount of money that this guy paid for his 650 package, I, along with everybody else, was dissapointed with the dyno numbers. Loud as hell car though when it was on the dyno! But then again, loud doesn't always mean faster.
If you have ANY doubt whether he is a crook or not, call the FBI, local police department or look at court records and his credit report. It is a very long list indeed. Or you could ask the COUNTLESS viper owners who have been completely scammed by the guy. Stay far away from Scammessey products.
It was actually in Addison and the TQ munber was 537. The HP numbers weren't what any of us expected (especially me) but the HP peaked at 4600 rpm......probably an indication that there're a few more in there once I get the A/F right.
For the record, the first owner paid for the upgrades, I'm simply enjoying them.
I talked to you drumrboy for a bit down there yesterday. I wasn't saying anything bad about your car, it is a great looking car. I also posted earlier that your car wasn't tuned right. But for all the money that the previous owner spent, when you bought that car, it should have been tuned right and pushing out the HP and TQ #'s that [******] says it should.
