Vibration

have a 2001 RT/10 and upon start up, when the weather is cold, I hear a metal sounding vibration in the driver dash area. I don't think it is anything in the dash but in the engine area. As the Viper warms, the sound diminishes and either totally gone or very minor sounding. This sound only occurs when in gear and accelerating. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Thanks. My 94 exhaust rattles a bit on warm up. Eventually goes away.
