Viper Broken in Garage today:(

I was going to go hope to kings dominion today, started leaving and kicked down on it a few miles from my house and it was making a bad clunking from the rear, so i turned around and got about 1/2 mile from my house, then i kicked down again so i could try to hear what it was doing, and i finished it off, lost all power had to tow it behind my truck to my house, pretty sure the u joint broke on it, think when i was towing it i heard the driveshaft hitting on the bottom panel, will get it to the shop this week and see whats wrong, hopefully just the ujoints

Acceleration & the application of force are usually poor diagnostic tools. ( I know, salt to an open wound ) SORRY. I hope it is not bad and you are on the road again soon. Should we all be checking our U-Joint and drivelines for loose nuts and bolts ???
