Installed 5 way Teamtech Harness yesterday. I have a 20+ inch neck and the straps cut me from both sides. Any suggestions?

Well, actually, I'm abougt 135 lbs and a 15" neck. It cuts me too. They do make some pads you can put on that make it more comfortable. Sometimes I ran the inboard belt around the seat instead of through it. I don't know how safe that is though, so can't really recommend it.

I lifted my shirt collar then folded it down over the shoulder belts. Helped a bit.

You should also try the 6 point option. Considerably better than 5 points especially with stock Viper seats.

No install required, just snap into the lap belt eyebolts.

ANDY -
YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CAN'T HIDE!!!
295 LBS - 6"1" - BIKER

I also installed the 1" lowering kit since my head hit the roof with a helmet on. However, I do not think the new angle from the bolster is the problem.

Is it within the rules to bring the shoulder harnesses around the side of the seats as ANDY suggested??

I would NOT recommend doing that, HOGDEALER...if I envision your suggestion correctly, would fear LACK of proper restraint, and INCREASED risk of injury...also doubt you'd pass tech inspection...just my opinion an occasional "track doc" in former years.

I had the same feeling around the neck, they do loosen up when broke in. Use a collared shirt as mentioned above. Or better yet a Hans Device will take car of your worries of a neck rub.
