Viper road trip...

Well my baby is home! Flew up to Chicago Monday morning, Made it home to phoenix Tuesday night. 1800 miles in 25 hours.
My thoughts on my Viper...96 B/W GTS, car had 43K miles on it when I picked it up. My friend and I were shocked how clean it was, Car seemed like it had 10K on it. This car drives great, it was enjoyable to be behind the wheel. Obviously it is cramped but not as bad as I had expected. The ride is nice, I thought it would be more stiff than what it was. This car is easier to drive than my Ram SRT10 QC. The power is awesome, at first I was a little afraid to go full throttle in first and second, just because I want to keep the car nice, and get used to her. I still haven't punched it in 1st or 2nd from a roll, waiting to find a big parking lot with no one around just to be safe. All in all I am glad I drove, my 11 year dream have come true. This car met and exceeded my expectations. The only downside...I am not sure how I car convince my wife to let me get one for a daily driver. Just gotta get my VCA membership now and get started on some mods. The car is going down to see Eddie Martin on the 23rd for a once over.

I flew to Kansas to buy my first GTS and then drove it back to Florida via North Carolina. The SRT/10 I bought in NC and drove it back.

Good times.

Now the challenge begins....what to mod 1st! Congrats.....you're now on the Viper hook!

It has smooth tubes so I am thinking, new K&N's, muffler delete, Short throw, headers and 3:55's. I think that should wake her up a bit!:drive:
