I made my first call today to my local Dodge dealer, who sells 1-2 Vipers a year at most. Unfortunately, I heard what I expected:
Have you ever installed lowering springs on a Viper?
"No."
Can you do it?
"Dunno. Did they come with instructions?"
I think the most involved thing is a 4-wheel alignment--you have aligned Vipers haven't you?
"I think we've done a 2-wheel alignment at least."
This conversation did not make me all warm and fuzzy, to say the least. Does anyone know of a bona fide Viper expert in the East TN, Southwest VA, or Western NC area? I figure there is someone in the Atlanta area, which is ~300 miles, but it sure would be nice to find someone closer. Thanks.
