I would suggest Dave Amorall at Amorall Auto. He used to be a tech at Herb Chambers but quit to start his own shop - he is Viper certified.
I gotta disagree with Don and say STAY AWAY FROM HERB CHAMBERS AT ALLLLL COSTS!
First, they let me test drive SOMEONE ELSE'S CAR that was in for service. They said it was being "driven by the owner" but turns out it was some poor guys car there getting fixed and the service manager let me take it on a test drive!
Second, they were NEVER able to get my car fixed. Out of 3 attempts, they failed almost every time. It took them 2 weeks just to change a battery in my car.
Third, when they had my car in for service, THEY LEFT IT OUTSIDE, UNLOCKED and WITH STUFF IN IT - my CD's etc. They PROMISED me it would be kept inside, and I see the **** thing outside - right in front, all dirty, left in the rain, and UNLCOCKED! When I called the next day to yell, they were not very helpful until I talked to Herb himself - who was somewhat helpful.
Fourth, I would call and make appointments, and when I showed up, they were never ready, or the tech wasn't there that day, or they hadn't any parts, etc. Even when it was *obvious* what the problem was, they would not order parts. I took it there and showed them my sidesills, along with info from Dodge on how to fix, that detailed installing new rocker covers. They made an appointment a few weeks in advance and said they would get parts. But when i arrive, no Viper tech (they wanted to let one of the other techs work on the car - including door hinges, inspecting tranny for jumping out of 2nd, noise from front when turning). I was not about to let a non-Viper tech open up my tranny, and they didn't even have my parts! I was fuming.
There are other incidents, but I think this will give you the gist of it. I would strongly suggest you not go there. After Chambers' son stopped running the place, things REALLY went downhill.
