Dan, Prashant answered that in an earlier post.....basically said "let us worry about the rules" which I took to mean run what you brung and be sure to bring a helment.

They just added a new rule... You need to have a parachute. I, on the other hand, don't need to have one. That is to offset the 50 more HP you've got over me.
