Warranty 02 Transmission replaced with 03???

Does anyone know for sure if an 02 tranny will be replaced with an 03 under warranty? I found out exactly what the differences are, but I still wonder about this...?

Yup, all new trannies will be the 03's even if they go into older models, my Viper tech advised me of this when my tranny was replaced.

HOGDEALER- jump over to the SRT forum and look for my post about halfway down the page, title: "03 tranny differences revealed" I got the differences straight from the manufacturer.

So is the ratio lower or higher? That would definitely make a difference!
