what all needs to be done to my viper to change to 3.33 gears???

i am a little confused as to this process. what all do i need to do to my 1994 viper to change it to this gear ratio? where can i get the parts? ect? thanks!

i only ask because i think the process is more complicated than it sounds here.

i know that i am really clueless when it comes to gears, but somone told me, over a couple beers, that i would have to rebuild the entire re-end to accomplish this?

this cant be true, right?
