what colour stripes would look the best on a Black RT/10

I got my '00 black rt/10 a couple of months ago & I plan on Silver metallic flake stripes probably next winter. I saw an ACR in the delaership that was black with silver metallic stripes, it was absolutely beautiful. I'm waiting because I also think the car looks very mean without them & doing them after some time will be refreshing for my ownership I think. I want to keep this snake at least 'til '04, when I will probably break down & get a genIII (I'll wait for the early production bugs to get worked out) - I love the idea of a convertible top.

I like Black/White like some of the older Cobra racers. Then you could get a vanity plate that says "PPELAPU" or "SKUNKDU".

NavySeal - Dave Miller (Seasnake) just had some funky Chromalusion stripes painted on his black RT/10. They look amazing - they change from Silver to gold to green to orange-ish. Do a search on his posts and I think he has a few pics loaded in the Viper media area accessible through the main page.

Silver is great. I personally like more contrast than the red would provide.

Stripes on an RT look great, too!

I've toyed with the idea of Monaco Orange (a 69' Vette color) stripes, talk about standing out.

Nothing says "Viper" like stripes. Pick the color you like the most. I think any metallic is good, but I like mine the best. Check out the VCA classifieds for the best deals on used hard tops. If you're buying new, I would look at Biff's at VMania.
