What is Average Viper Engine Tempature During Driving?

Our viper runs about 195 if we're moving. If sitting it gets up to about 225.

On track - the non-numbered tick mark to the left of 250 -- what is that 225? Maybe a tad to the right of that.

City/Hwy driving around the 200 mark.

With stock cooling system: 195-215 in around-town driving, 190-205 on the freeway.

Now (fluidyne, 180-degree thermostat, Valaya cooling module): 195-210 around town, 170-180 constant on the freeway. The temp drops below 180 because we have small cross-drilled holes in the thermostat to allow air to escape, and enough coolant makes its way through them to drop the temp when I'm cruising in 6th.
