what is the typical gain from the dc perf. chip on a basically stock car?

I've got filters, corsa, and random techs. What should I expect my peak numbers to gain? I'm told the mid range will be enhanced dramatically. I'm wanting a bit more bite in the car for a quick fix until the paxton goes on. Unfortunately, due to unforseen expenses on the race car, I'm having to hold off on the paxton a bit longer. I was going to call DC tomorrow to ask this question, but I'll get your opinions here as well I guess, but should I wait until I get the paxton to get the chip. I figured I'd go ahead and get the chip now and then send it back to DC when I get the paxton. How much would it cost for the reflash? Thanks guys--Andy

I cant tell you know but will know in about a month when I hit the Dyno.I think they told me about 25 Hp? I dont remember torque.
My car has 3" cats/catback, filters, fresh plugs etc.Oh I am a regular ****** I am

You will see a little gain, up top, more in the midrange.

I wouldnt do the flash if you are going to do the Paxton soon. I spent $900 with Dc for computer and flash. I got the new computer for $300 and flash for $ 600. He said if I ever need changes on any mods, they would reflash it for free.

Well after getting my Paxton I called him for the reflash, then I was going to drive down and pay him to fine tune it on dyno. Well instead of a free reflash as stated before, now he said the Paxton was a different mod and he would have to charge me all over again. Needless to say I no longer use them or recommend them. Id use A&C Performance or send it to DLM, he can flash them.
Anyways, if the paxton is near in your future, just wait.

Sorry about to hear about your problem Mike R ... I have a DC computer and a few other mods from DC on my 06 Coupe. I had a small problem with a rear end I bought from Dan and he was response with a quick and successful fix ...

Another member of our club bought a DC computer and the flash was a bit messed up. Dan re-flashed it, sent it back and it works very well. Good luck to all! Jon

Get the SCT tuner from DC Perf. It holds like three programs have one with the Blower tune when you get it. And have one for your car now. No taking computer in and out just plug and go!

When I talked to DLM.. He told me that they didn't recommend even flashing the car with a paxton.. He said it didn't need it.... I guess thats why my car was detonating like crazy after I brought it to him.

Which I think is the wrong answer..... I would get it reflashed with or without the paxton...

I would find someone close with the SCT tuning software..

Try Dan at SpecialtyViper... He's a wiz with the software...
