WHAT IS THIS \"ASP\"!!!!

i've been here for about 2 or 3 months and i keep seeing people reffered to as "ASP", and i see "ASP" different liscence plates i mean what the heck does it mean!?

Black mean snakes from the deserts. They are pitt vipers.

If you watch the Mummy Returns,the black snake the chick holds while at the mansion is an egyption asp..
