John, you need to be careful here. If you mean just "cleaning" the brake dust off, that's one thing. If you mean "polishing", that's another. A lot of guys use the Calif. Car dusters (some prefer the small one for wheels exclusively) to clean the brake dust. Some use Zaino's spray. Some change pads to a more "dust-free" style. As far as the polishing goes, be careful. Don't use ANYTHING abrasive, like a traditional "chrome" cleaner! You can scratch the clear-coat on the wheels. Try Zaino's products and you'll find cleaning the wheels after driving is easier.
