Don't think its available as OE..... I asked a while back..

Any body shop will have one. It is aluminum and called a blind rivet, and folds back on itself instead of squashing.

There's an alternative to the rivet which utlizes a J nut and button head screw. How To in the Illustrated section: http://forums.viperclub.org/illustr...-rivet-workaround-easy-removal-next-time.html.
