Where can I have a display board made about my snake? (like for car shows and such) Also where is a good place to get some Viper shirts and hats and other cool viper stuff?

David, Any good sign shop can make you what you need. There is a place in Chicago that just does signs for car shows, etc. Call Scott at "Flat out Racing signs" at 1-847-837-9200. He'll make you any size for a good price. As far as hats, etc, take a look at the sponsors here. Good luck.
