california car cover makes one that is machine washable(at home) that is quite good, i think that the material will work for in or outdoors, just remember to tell them NOT to put their Logo on the front or the cover will come w/ their logo on the front it was around 300 bucks very lite weight. they have many type of fabrics besides this one. i like the idea of being able to wash it at home and not take it to a comercial laundry.
