Triplexotica didn't want to start his own thread, so I'll help him out.

Anyone know where he can get one of these? It has to be an exact match.

Mine came from Zero Altitude Flight -- same piece. I'd check with Jon first. He might have a better price.

Look in the Viper Quarterly Magazine's, there are several accessory suppliers advertising there. Also look on the home page here under marketplace. I'm sure someone can help out:)

No, the painted side sills actually go underneath. The portion of the sill this is mounted to is glued into place onto the main substructure.

If you have yourself a nice spirited DRIVE,,,,,and then let the sills HEAT SOAK about 30 minutes, they lift RIGHT OFF! The double-stick 3M adhesive can be reused 2-3 times, and is readily avail

Explaining Viper things to you
There are ones that use the sill screw access holes as mounting points with removable fasteners. MGW has a set, and Dave's Big Brakes has been threatening a competing product.

They do not come colored, but those painting techniques are not difficult.

I personally would avoid the stick-on kind. I think the Wizard captured those thoughts well.
