WHERE\'s the horn?

Just bought some new horns to add to the stock 'Dodge' sounding ones for my GTS. WHERE ARE THEY? I even had a friend honk while I searched. I may not have the best hearing (anymore) but I should at least be able to see them!

Driver's side front - behind the front facia.

Actually, there are 2. One on either side of the grille opening. The fascia pretty much has to come off.

Sounds like a major amount of work to remove the front bumper cover. Any tip to which wires lead to the horn? I guess a voltmeter would be next.

2001 - inside the left front lower control arm (front driver's side tire).
