Who can PhotoShop

I need help? I own a 2004 and the only thing i am upset about is the rear trunk lid has a long brake light in the trunk lid.Can or will anyone take 03 or 04 picture of rear and delete the long brake light and insert the snake light like the older vipers had.I thought it would look better.Thanks in advance.
