Anybody know who makes this spoiler...and where I can get one?. Looks like an autoform wing, but I couldn't find it when I searched the autoform site. Thanks
Thanks for the replies, it's much appreciated. I had my car a little over 180 the other day and even with the motons set-up it still felt a little "unsetteled". I need some down force!.
Changing to the Gen4 hood and removing the vent screens will actually add some down force to the front end to make the car more stable all the way to 200+
Good idea, although I'm thinking that installing and painting a wing and splitter is probably easier and more cost effective than getting a new 08/09 hood, then trying to match my 3 yr old First Edition paint/stripes.
Why not get the aero package considered as an option for the 09s??? or am I missing something.......
You can find that particular spoiler at Target in the domestics department. It'll be located on the same aisle as the irons.
Probably have to be a "Super Target", but thanks for the intelligent input anyways...you tried.
Interesting.Aeromotions in Cambridge, MA makes an adaptive wing that they would love to put on a Viper. Check it out at AEROMOTIONS. Two GTRs ran them in the Cannonball One Lap of America recently. Extremely cool!!!!
The single plane wing is about $3500. Installation and tuning is an extra $600 if they do it. The dual plane wing is over $6500 I think. The wing flattens out on straight aways, goes full up on braking, and goes to a pre-set angle on cornering. Also controllable by a remote in cockpit. When cornering with the split wing only 1/2 wing moves, and that depends on whether you are going left or right. I want to put one on my 06 as soon as my engine is rebuilt (two big holes in the block from a blown rod ).
I have a half dozen "real" wings that I will be posting in the classified in the next day or two, 15 adjustments on the stantions I just designed and had cut and NOT a fake wing like the one in the picture.
