With that hideous interior, that car's way overpriced at 23K. Shame...yellow was always my favorite in Gen 1s.

Purely speculation. Just because someone has bad taste in interior design doesn't mean they beat on the car hard. It looks like it could possibly be a good deal for someone. It just needs the console and dash repainted black or something and it'd probably be fine.
All the car lots in CA look like this, unless your in Orange County otherwise they're more upscale.
Besides, who wouldn't put on like 5 condoms and still ride Pamela Anderson.

Buyback is only covered if a bad history appears at the DMV, not if the car really was totalled but never reported.
But still, even if it was in an accident, it's still a great price.

I think it seems cheap, I see people asking 30k for a 70 nova or 70k for a cuda. I have watched ebay lately and seen a few for that price sell.It looks like you could buy that car, have a 100k miles on it and then sell it for 20k??? how cheap can it be??

I do not think the interior is that bad. Could be worse. Looks like a great track car or ****** car. Heck if it is in great condition, it could be another great Viper for someone.
