Randy , they will but they offer little performance upgrade. they will save you some weight vs. manifolds but little else. If you want to go with a inexpensive header try the Borlas. You can find complete Borla systems for very good prices now.
I also sent you a PM as what to do first with your 94. Good luck

if you're interested in purchasing my stock headers from my 2001 GTS i'm happy to get rid of them real cheap.

They will fit but only after some grinding to clear your head bolts. Your 94 would likley gain only 15 HP, but save 25 lbs weight

I think 15 horse is substantial, and will be installing newer headers with high flow cats, and a dropped rear muffler from a complete 2000 system, hopefully next week if the cats come in time.

All told I am hoping for 35ish more horse for this on this el cheapo setup (under a thousand bucks cdn), with a weight savings, cooler side sills, and better sounding car.

Save the big bucks for a charger in my book, multi-thousands for headers is a little steep, better bang for the buck to be had elsewhere.

Then again I am a cheap Canadian.......

I was going to do this Mod on my Gen I as well. Was told about what everyone else is reporting that I will only pick up about 10 or 15 HP. Was also told that in the process since you have to weld flanges on the exhaust and headers to mate the two, that if you deleted the cats with 3" pipes you might net 30 or so HP.

GenXgts,

I would be curious in before and after dyno results and that would also give you a good idea as to what you got for your $.

I know a lot of Gen I and Pre 99 owners would be interested in concrete horsepower gains backed up by before and after dyno numbers.
