I decided to put on my carbon fiber foot pedals today, and i must say, i think this is the first time i ever called my car a piece of sh*t! who in the h*ll can get into the floor space efficeiently enough without sustainig injuries to the back and neck is beyond me. I am 6'1" 220lbs and by no means a giant. after thirty minutes of grunting swearing and yelling all i accomplished is a stiff neck and a charlie horse in my right ribs. now i know why i pay others to do this. i ve a newfound respect for the mechanics at my dealership, ill be seeing them monday! time to go soak in the hot tub, ouch

update of suffering; I finally get the clutch plate on, start working on the brake and realize its holding plate is stripped, no problem i think ill just drill holes like option 2 suggests; nope, missing screws and nuts, **** this just aint my day! i have a really unique pedal look now, clutch carbon fiber, brake bare metal, accelertor stock rubber, think itll start a trend?

I can relate. I almost exactly your size and just about got myself stuck when I tried to install my VEC-1. I felt like a fish that swam into one of those traps that it can swim into but can't swim out of. Don't even get me started on how I got my arm stuck between the firewall and the engine when I was changing my plug wires. BTW, don't ever change plug wires on a warm engine. If your forearm gets stuck for any extended period of time it can start to burn.

believe me i did remove the seat, thats what allowed me to even consider i could butter my *ss and slip into that d*mn cockpit upsidedown and twisted, to attempt the task to begin with.
