Would 3.55s depreciate the car more Vs stock 3.07?

I have a chance to get 3.55's and all that it would cost me would be shipping and my install. I have all stock parts from my other mods but with this one I will be giving up my 3.07s. Do you think that in the future I would have to swap it back if I wanted to sell it? I know that moded cars don't sell well nor get the same value as stock.
Also how long does it take to swap out the gears?

Gear swap cost me around $300. Fast and easy. Just make sure they put the driveline on the same way they took it off. There is a 50/50 chance of getting it wrong (which they did on mine) and that causes bad, bad, bad...bad vibrations (Beach boy thing). I like having 3.55's, after having them on for a year or so. I haven't had a chance to drag race though since switching so I don't know if it will be faster or slower with the gear change. It sure seems more responsive though. I did pretty well in Autocross this summer with the 3.55's but I had to go into third when everyone else was in 2nd.

Cars featured in a gazzillion videos, getting worked at every road course on the east coast, don't hold their value either...

Get the gears...All you have to do is remove the rear exhaust sub-assembly...remove all the u-joint straps...then the diff drops with four bolts...Use new u-joint straps and bolts to re-install...
