Clogged/bad catalytic converter. Maybe $7k with used parts. G3 hoods are plentiful and cheap, $500? Sill and fender $3k Hopefully...

Picked my 04 middle of last year and have had no issues. Got home from a drive Saturday evening and parked it. Less then 5 minutes home...
